A Melbourne based fashion photographer and 'go with the flow' type of gal.
Can you tell us your name, age, and a little bit about yourself?
"My name is Amber and I'm 23 years old. I'm originally from Byron Bay, and moved to Melbourne a few years ago to follow my passion for creating and photography."
How long have you been taking photos for? Can you remember the moment you knew you wanted to be a photographer?
"I've been taking photos professionally for around 4 years now, but used to do it a lot in High School. I think that was the moment I realised I wanted to be a photographer, I was just always hanging out in the darkroom (even when I wasn't supposed to be)."
Tell us a little bit more about your creative work?
"I feel that my work is exactly what comes out of my brain at the time of taking a photo. I don't really have a direct path I want to follow, I'm more of a 'go with the flow' type of gal.
What inspires you the most?
"I'm inspired by everyday life events and the creativity I see all around me, whether it be on social media or just walking down the street."
Can you tell us one good thing that happened to you this week, and one bad thing?
"One good thing is being invited to showcase my work in a group exhibition. One bad thing is having to work almost everyday."
What is your dream job?
"Being a fashion photographer for Gucci or Paper Magazine."
